Our new safety measures to help keep you safe include:

Why can’t I book single days? We are taking 3 day bookings to keep children in the same bubble throughout the week as the safety of your child is our number one priority. Your child will remain with the same group & coach for Monday, Wednesday & Friday. This has been put in place to reduce the risk of coronavirus infections.
What activities will my child be doing? All activities will be non-contact and delivered with no or limited equipment but will remain fun & engaging. Examples include but are not limited to: Athletics, Dance, Tennis, Gymnastics, Tri-Golf & more! Tag & invasion type games will not be permitted. We will be ensuring good cleaning practice for each session delivered & adhering to our new procedures.
How will the sign in/out process work? When booking your child’s place, you will be asked to select a time slot for the week. There will be 3 options: 8.45am-3.45pm, 9am-4pm or 9.15am-4.15pm. These slots are staggered to allow only 10 children to sign in during this time. Registration and sign-out will take place outside the fire exit of the sports hall, to the left of the building. This will be clearly signed and marked out for all to follow.
How do I know my child will be safe? CV Life team members will have completed all necessary training prior to the summer holidays to ensure they are fully equipped to provide safe provision over the summer. Equipment & playing areas will be cleaned throughout the day, regular handwashing will be in place and children will remain in their bubbles throughout the week. Our sports hall will be deep cleaned before and after usage, having no activities running on Tuesday & Thursday will allow for extra cleaning of our facilities. Our existing policies and procedures have also been reviewed and updated to be COVID-19 compliant.
Will siblings be split up? Our Holiday Activities will be running in live with government guidance to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection. Therefore, children from the same household will not be split up & will be kept in the same bubble during the week. CV Life sports coaches will be adapting activities to suit the needs/ability of each child in the bubble.
What happens if someone shows COVID-19 symptoms? If your child is displaying COVID-19 symptoms they will be removed from their bubble immediately and placed into a designated isolation room. Parents will be contacted immediately to come and collect their child. You will be instructed to follow government guidelines which currently involves contacting 111, arranging a test as soon as possible & remaining in isolation until you receive your test results. If the test is negative, you may return to our Holiday activities. If the test is positive you must inform CV Life immediately & remain in isolation until fourteen days have passed. In this instance, we will issue a credit note in line with our terms and conditions.
Will creche be available when you reopen? The creche remains closed for the time being as we await restrictions on indoor play area facilities being lifted.
