We know our members and users are looking forward to getting back into their fitness, leisure and sports routines and we are working on providing a safe and welcoming environment.

We are continually monitoring Government announcements in relation to the reopening timeframe for our sector and will make announcements as soon as we can.

Currently all of our fitness, leisure and sports facilities remain closed:

The safety and wellbeing of our team, members and visitors is our priority!

Whilst our facilities have remained closed, we have been working in the behind the background to introduce safety measures for when we are allowed to reopen. We are also reviewing frameworks and guidance published by our fitness governing body, UK Active ‘Fit Together’, to ensure we are taking the necessary steps.

The current proposed measures are themed around: 

Stay active with our home workouts, whilst your membership subscription is frozen.

In relation to your monthly membership fees, they have now been frozen for free, so that you do not need to do anything. We will not draw any fees through your Direct Debit until such a time as we can re-open the facilities. This will save you the trouble of having to re-join at a later date and also save you the expense of any re-joining fees.

Our Lifestyles Fitness team are still here to help. We will provide you daily home workouts and remote assistance on how to stay active and healthy, streamed through your My Wellness app. Please continue to check your email and our website for updates.
