Visit only if you’re feeling well – to help keep everyone safe, only visit the Venues if you are feeling well and not showing any covid-19 symptoms, such as, a high temperature;  a new, continuous cough; a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Arrive just on time for your activity – Please wait in your car, or outside of the Venue staying clear of the entrance, until a few minutes before your activity session is due to start, then proceed to entrance.

Arrive dressed for your activity – To avoid using changing rooms, visitors must arrive ‘beach ready’ for swimming (costume on underneath your clothes) and in sports kit for fitness and sports activities. Pool showers and changing cubicles will be available for rinsing-off and changing after your swim session. Lockers will be available to store valuables.

Don’t meet in large groups – Following the Government announcement on 29th March the ‘rule of six’ applies throughout our facilities. Do not attend/meet or gather in groups of more than six within our facilities.

Pay using contactless – Where required and where possible, we are encouraging contactless payments.

During your visit

Wear a face mask– to protect everyone in the facility, please wear a face mask to and from all activities. Those who are medically exempt from wearing face coverings are required to wear an exemption lanyard.

Respect social distancing – Maintain 2m social distancing by leaving plenty or space between yourself and other visitors. We have introduced one-way systems, floor markings and spaced out our equipment to help maintain distancing.

Wash/sanitise hands frequently – We encourage you to regularly wash / sanitise your hands, including upon entering and leaving our Venue. Hand sanitiser stations are located in key areas throughout our Venue.

Wipe down equipment before and after use –
Use disinfectant provided to wipe down equipment before and after use to help ensure all visitors can safely use the fitness suites, exercise classes and other facilities. As part of our increased cleaning schedules, we will also be wiping down equipment on a regular basis.

Observe notices and signs – One-way system, floor markings and notices are placed around our Venues to help maintain social distancing and keeping everyone safe.

Don’t move furnishing or equipment – Furniture and equipment around our Venues has been positioned to help maintain social distancing. If you are required to move equipment as part of your activity, please return it after wiping down.

After your activity – due to social distancing measures building capacities have been reduced so please depart the building as soon as possible after your activity.
