Following the recent announcement from the Government regarding the UK lockdown, CV Life are providing the following update:

From Thursday 5 November, all CV Life facilities including The Wave, The Alan Higgs Centre, Xcel Leisure Centre, Centre AT7, Woodlands Sport Complex and Mana Spa, are closed to the public. We will re-open on Thursday 3 December.

Please note, this includes Lifestyles Health and Fitness facilities and Aquarius Swim School.

During these unprecedented times, customers and staff remain our number one priority and are at the forefront of all decisions. We will keep all customers and staff updated on any future changes.

When are CV Life facilities next open?

We look forward to seeing you again when we reopen on Thursday 3 December in-line with current regulations.

What happens to my block booking?

You can recommence your block booking when we reopen following the Government guidance at the time.

Lifestyles Health and Fitness

What happens to my Lifestyles membership?

The November direct debit has just been taken. However, we’ve got you covered for Christmas. Your next direct debit will be on Friday 1st January 2021.

What happens to my membership if I’ve paid upfront?

Your membership will be extended by the amount of time you have missed using the facilities due to lockdown.

Will all members have access to free online streaming of classes?

Yes! We want to help keep all of our members fit and active during this time. All members will have complimentary access to fitness classes through our streaming platforms.

Take part in Lifestyles fitness classes through the Mywellness app – you can book onto the classes through the app and join in.

Take part in the Technogym, on demand classes through the Mywellness app also.

Please ensure your app notifications are switched on. If you are having trouble with the app please email: Lifestyles@cvlife.co.uk and we can activate your app.

Can I cancel/ freeze my membership?

All payments have been frozen until Friday 1st January 2021. To request to cancel your membership please email Lifestyles@cvlife.co.uk

Aquarius Swim School

Customers will be contacted via e-newsletter, which will update regarding Aquarius Swim School classes and payments. Please keep an eye out for this email.
