Temporarily Closed

Following the announcement from the Government on 30 December, CV Life are providing the following update:

As Coventry has entered Tier 4 restrictions, from 31 December all CV Life facilities, including The Wave, The Alan Higgs Centre, Xcel Leisure Centre, Centre AT7, Woodlands Sport Complex and Mana Spa, are temporarily closed to the public until we are allowed to reopen safely. Please note, this includes Lifestyles Health and Fitness and Aquarius Swim School.

During these unprecedented times, customers and staff remain our number one priority and are at the forefront of all decisions. We will keep all customers and staff updated on any future developments.

When are CV Life facilities next open?

We are aiming to reopen as soon as we are allowed to in line with Government guidance.

What happens to my block booking?

You can recommence your block booking when we reopen following the Government guidance at the time.

What happens to my membership?

We have processed your January membership payment, due to planned closures of CV Life facilities on the 31st December and 1st January.  As a valued member you do not need to do anything with your direct debit.  We are pleased to inform you, that no further direct debit payments will be taken whilst CV Life facilities remain closed.  Any required adjustments to your Lifestyles membership payments will be made upon us re-opening. 

What happens to my membership if I’ve paid upfront?

From when we reopen, your membership will be automatically extended by the period we are closed.

Will all members have access to free online streaming of classes?

Yes! We want to help keep all of our members fit and active during this time. All members will have complimentary access to fitness classes through our streaming platforms. Take part in the Technogym, on demand classes through the Mywellness app also. Please ensure your app notifications are switched on. If you are having trouble with the app please email: Lifestyles@cvlife.co.uk and we can activate your app.

Can I still become a member?

Yes, become a member today and pay nothing up until when we reopen, plus get one month FREE membership from when we reopen. For more details visit www.cvlifestyles.co.uk

Can I cancel / freeze my membership?

Membership has a 6 month minimum term, which is frozen during the period we are closed. For membership freeze or cancellation requests email Lifestyles@cvlife.co.uk

Aquarius Swim School

Customers will be contacted via e-newsletter, which will update regarding Aquarius Swim School classes and payments. Please keep an eye out for this email and check your spam folders.
