We pride ourselves on offering ‘access for all’. All of our venues provide accessible facilities for disabled customers with a commitment to continuously improving the accessibility both in and around our venues to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.

All of our staff are trained in disability awareness. For customers who require additional accessibility, each venue is equipped with the features listed below:

IFI accredited fitness equipment
Designated free car parking spaces (Public Car Park at The Wave)
Disabled toilets
Family / baby changing
Disabled pool lift, hoist or pod
Large directional signs

For health and safety reasons you must be able to walk up and down the stairs unaided to access the slides at The Wave.

How to Use WelcoMe

Below you can find more information in the venue sections and their accessible features.
Click on ‘Plan a visit’. If you don’t have an account, sign up and complete your accessibility profile.
Share your access needs, requirements, and what help you may need.
We will get notified so the team can ensure they are prepared to greet you and have what you need ready.
On the day of the visit, once you are at the venue click on ‘Arrive’. We will get a notification and be with you shortly.

Assistance dogs are allowed in centre but are not permitted entry poolside. For members wishing to go swimming, or complete a separate activity, assistance dogs can be left at reception where a member of staff will supervise until your return.
