Did you know you can book public swimming sessions and Waterpark sessions at The Wave for FREE*

For The Wave Waterpark: Use your unique code when booking a session at The Wave. This is available for the child who is an Aquarius member, who must bring their Aquarius Blue Wristband**. To receive your code, please contact Aquarius@cvlife.co.uk as soon as you have enrolled (valid for 6 sessions total)

For Public Swim: visit Centre AT7 (Main and Splash Pool), The Alan Higgs Centre, Xcel Leisure Centre with your child’s Aquarius Blue Wristband**. No code required.

Stage 1 This class is for children aged 4 and upward with no water confidence or swimming experience. I Can Awards Puffin Stage 1
Stage 2 For children aged 4 and upwards who have confidence in the water. This class will develop basic stroke techniques, basic floating and jumping in. 5m Stage 2 Water Skills 1
Stage 3 This class will enable children to further develop front and back swimming techniques, safe entries, submersion and rotation skills. 20m Stage 3 Water Skills 2
Stage 4 Children will be able to swim 10m unaided on both front and back in shallow water and will introduce all four stroke techniques. 15m Preliminary Safety Skills 5m Stroke Awards 20m
Diving Workshop
Jump in and try something new in our Diving Workshop, designed for confident swimmers who want to learn the fundamentals of diving in a safe and supportive pool environment. Children will be introduced to safe entries, body positions, control and confidence when entering the water.
Synchronised Swimming Workshops Dive into something different with our Intro to Synchronised (Artistic) Swimming, aligned with Swim England. Perfect for confident swimmers, this fun 1-hour session helps children build great water confidence, coordination, and cool new sculling skills, led by our Training Lead, Ravi Nakra.
