We have locations in every part of the city, making access to health and fitness even easier – from The Alan Higgs Centre in the South East to the Xcel Leisure Centre in the South West The Wave in the very centre of Coventry; whilst Centre AT7 and Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre are to the North of Coventry is a community fitness centre with premium facilities.

Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre is a brand new facility and is home to a stunning 40 station air conditioned fitness suite with the latest fitness equipment, audio visual and music systems. Not only is the Moat House home to one of Coventry’s newest gyms, it is a superb, high quality facility offering cardio, strength and free weights. Our friendly and experienced gym instructors will provide you with the ultimate exercise environment.
