Wraparound Times:

Extend your child’s camp session with an extra ‘am’ or ‘pm’ time slot, to suit your needs. Limited spaces available at Centre AT7, The Alan Higgs Centre and Xcel Leisure Centre.

Our Terms and Conditions:

Arrival Time: All children must arrive by 10:30am. Any child arriving after this time may be refused entry unless the camp has been notified in advance of lateness.
Lunch: Parents/guardians must make sure your child has a lunch with them on the day
Nut-Free Policy: We are a nut-free camp. Please do not send children with any food containing nuts.
Drinks: All children must bring a refillable drink bottle. Water refills will be available throughout the day.
Swimming Days: On designated swim days, children must bring:
- Swimwear
- Towel
- Any additional personal items required after swimming. Failure to bring these items may result in the child being unable to participate.
Behaviour Policy: We operate a strict behavioural policy. If a child’s behaviour falls below acceptable standards, parents/guardians will be contacted and may be required to collect their child early.
Cancellations (By Camp): If a session is cancelled by us, 48 hours’ notice will be given where possible, and a credit note will be issued.
Bookings & Refunds: All bookings are final and non-refundable. If required, a credit note may be issued to use on another camp day (subject to availability and notice).
