Swimming provides a great all-round workout by moving your whole body against the natural resistance of the water. It is an ideal physical activity for fitness and to stay healthy which is suitable for all ages and abilities. Families can take the opportunity to enjoy an activity together in the splash pool.

Pool Updates:

Our centres will be running our Bank Holiday times on Monday 26th August, 9am – 6pm.
On Saturday 17th August 2024 – our 2:00pm – 2:45pm will not be running due to a booking.
On Saturday 26^th October 2024, our 4-4:45pm Splash and Slide session will not be running due to a booking.

Notes:

(1) The whole pool may not be available during all sessions. (2) Must be a confident swimmer and be able to swim continuous laps. (3) Deep water only. (4) Male staff may be on duty during Ladies only sessions. (½) Half pool is used. ( ¼ ) One Quarter pool is used. *This session may be cancelled due to a party booking. Please check the website for further details.

All places are on a first come first served basis, bands will only be released 5 minutes prior the session.
On Bank Holiday, swim times may change.
The Foundation does not provide any flotation aids during public swimming sessions. Armbands can be purchased at Reception.
It is the responsibility of the adult who is attending with a junior or a carer, who is only there assist, someone in care to ensure they are supervised when attending these sessions.
Please ensure when attending with a child that you abide by our Adult to Child ratio, as per our swimming policy.
