Coventry Transport Museum’s Vintage Santa Sleigh Ride has once again proved a huge success.
The sold out attraction, which this year included the new and very popular Santa’s Workshop, helped show the magic of Christmas is still very much alive with visitors of all ages from around the country.
Venue manager Steve Spencer is keen to express his gratitude for everyone who contributed to making such a huge success
Steve said: “The Vintage Sleigh Ride is always a brilliant attraction. So much effort goes into making the whole thing work, creating magical memories for everyone who comes.
“To see the smile on so many faces just makes all the hard work worthwhile. The feedback we’ve had from people who attended has also been superb.
“I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making this year’s event a huge sellout success, with over 9,000 people attending.”
Feedback from visitors has been very positive, with praise coming in via social media and feedback forms handed out at the attraction.

Another said: “Excellent – loved Santa. Amazing and just as magical as I remember from coming when I was a child! Santa was brilliant, and all the elves and staff. Really enjoyed the workshop after too.”
A third said: “A fantastic, magical experience. It wasn’t just a big queue and a quick chat – there was lots to do, fantastic value for money.
“Brought back all my childhood memories from the 1980s – well worth the visit from Worcestershire.”
Another said: “I loved the Santa ride. It brought back so many memories for myself and my husband. Our daughters loved it as well.”
Well done everyone at Coventry Transport Museum for making it a huge success.
