CV Life is hosting a Thriving Communities Social Prescribing networking session where we are welcoming social prescribing teams, link workers, and primary care network teams to share Coventry’s offer of wellbeing services in the city.
It will be held on Tuesday 7 December 2021, 10:00am – 12:30pm at Coventry Transport Museum, Millennium Place, Hales St, Coventry, CV1 1JD.
Organisations are invited to showcase their activity or service at the session alongside providers from the Arts, Culture, Sport and Health Sector.
