Coventry’s much-loved Sports Fest event is set to return with six days of free activities this summer.
The event, which is held in Broadgate, is back from Tuesday 6 August – Sunday 11 August from 10am – 4pm each day.
As always, Sports Fest will feature a wide range of sports and wellbeing activities that are suitable for all ages and abilities.
The Coventry City Council event is delivered in partnership with CV Life. Local sports clubs and organisations will be in attendance, showcasing their skills and offering opportunities to get involved along with sport National Governing Bodies.
Cricket, laser tag, archery, augmented reality games, dance, and table tennis are all on the schedule for the week plus much more.
Councillor Kamran Caan, Cabinet Member for Public Health and Sport, said: “Sports Fest is a major highlight of Coventry’s summer events calendar and is loved by residents across the city.
“The event is completely free to attend and covers many different sports and activities suitable for all ages and skill levels.
“Previous Sports Fest events have attracted thousands of residents and visitors. Make sure you add the dates to your diary and join us in the city centre.”

Spaces are still available for organisations to run activities or hold information stands during the event. Those interested should register their interest.
