The following timetables will be for:
Monday 20th July 2026 to Sunday 30th August 2026

Swimming provides a great all-round workout by moving your whole body against the natural resistance of the water. It is an ideal physical activity for fitness and to stay healthy which is suitable for all ages and abilities. Families can take the opportunity to enjoy an activity together in the 25m pool.

Pool Updates:

  • Please note that our female only sessions may be covered by a male lifeguard.
  • Bank Holiday – Our centres will be opening between 9am to 6pm on Monday 31st August
  • Please note we do not offer online bookings for these sessions at this moment in time.

Notes:

(1) The whole pool may not be available during all sessions. (2) Must be a confident swimmer and be able to swim continuous laps. (3) Deep water only. (4) Male staff may be on duty during Ladies only sessions. (½) Half pool is used. (¼) One Quarter pool is used. (¾) Three Quarter pool is used. *Limited spaces due to female swimming lessons **This session may be cancelled due to a party booking. Please check the website for further details.

  • All places are on a first come first served basis, bands will only be released 15 minutes prior the session.
  • On Bank Holiday, swim times may change.
  • The Foundation does not provide any flotation aids during public swimming sessions. Armbands can be purchased at Reception.
  • It is the responsibility of the adult who is attending with a junior or a carer, who is only there assist, someone in care to ensure they are supervised when attending these sessions.
  • Please ensure when attending with a child that you abide by our Adult to Child ratio, as per our swimming policy.
