Swimming is one of our favourite physical activities – and we know we’re not alone! The good news is that it is also one of the best forms of exercise: low impact but great for the heart rate. It helps build muscle strength and endurance without placing huge pressure on your body.
Swimming is so popular that we operate two separate timetables for our pools. When school’s out, we offer a whole range of special classes and blocked-out time for younger swimmers.
